Ella is given the "gift" of obedience at birth and therefore has to obey anything commanded of her. A seemingly good intention but awful for personal experience, Ella has to live with this personal curse, fight fairytale characters and obstacles, meet a handsome prince and still find a way to be herself. Ella has an extraordinary future ahead though and finds a remarkable fate as she fights to break the curse. This Cinderella tale has an intelligent female lead and illustrates how you can have a kindred spirit despite the obstacles that come at you and drive yourself to overcome negative influences. Plus she falls in love and sticks to her guns!

Okay I love this movie. I really think Ella's strength and wit can be played up here. Like she's so sassy it's awesome. Great character choice.
ReplyDeleteHer character is so admirable and unique, I picture a serif typeface that can stand alone just fine, but also that can be paired with a contrasting typeface really nicely.
